Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• Jewellery must include the original box or bag in its original condition, without postal labels. Jewellery box fees are charged when jewellery is returned in a damaged box, or without the original box or bag.

We do not accept return or refund in case change of mind
We do not accept return or exchange the earrings due to hygienic.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.         

Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from


In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer refund, returns or exchanges for items won and sale items.


Please seek to return items within 14 days of the date of your request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of, depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.


Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. 
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. 
However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


Unlike many other shops; offers FREE shipping on all orders placed on the, with small
minimum order of HKD1,000per purchase. Every order is sent free of charge via EMS.

Order less than the minimum of HKD1,000 will be charged at HKD50 per purchase for Local post.

When you order from, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days (Hong Kong only). 
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We use Hong Kong post registered airmail for international deliveries. Order Over USD200, we offer FREE Shipping via registered mail. Order less than a minimum of $200; a flat fee of USD 30 applies to all international deliveries. However, please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, if weight overall is over 10kg. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Depending on your location please allow between 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 


We offer next day delivery to any countries after your have done your payment and we have confirmed the order via email. Please inform us if you need them urgently, we will do our best to serve you.


When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


If you refuse a shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Alyn. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
